Vacation house with pool and view on Adriatic sea
The house has a south orientation facing the sea. It is located in quiet surroundings in the end of the street. Detached holiday house for 6 to 8 people with private outdoor pool. Outside swimming pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1,5 meters) with hydro massage for four people. The pool is for sole use of the guests. Property has a big terrace 35m² with beautiful sea view.
6 people are sleeping in 3 bedrooms and there is a possibility of 2 additional people to sleep in the living room on a pull out sofa bed. This two - storey detached house consists of three bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and room furnishings. Two bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the beautiful Trogir, Adriatic Sea and the islands. The rooms are located on the upper floor where there is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. On the lower floor there is a toilet, living room, pantry, dining room and kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen elements and dishes. The exterior consists of a spacious balcony with trees, umbrellas and a table for eight people.
Also underneath the terrace is the seasonal pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. As a host we offer you pool towels, bathroom towels and bedding for the duration of your stay.
The house is located in Seget Gonji which is 5 km away from Trogir and 30km away from the city of Split. Nearest airport is Airport Split 12km.
Beach area is only 3km away from property where you can also find shops, restaurants, post office, bars, tourist office, pharmacy and etc.
