-Please dump all trash form every area in the house upon departure and put it in the trash bins outside in the back gate by the entrance of the gate.
All used towels should be left in the washing machine upon departure 500 dollar fee if smoke in home. Enforce 200 fee and cancel if break rules
-ALL dirty dishes/silverware are to be left in the dishwasher upon departure .Quite time is from 11pm -8am .DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE /USE DECOR TOWELS
