The beach area consists a large cedar rack home to 2 canoes, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs. The boathouse dock is equipped with a large sectional couch, 2 umbrellas as well as 2-interior boat slips. It boasts a gym, sauna and a living area with a large custom sectional that has a queen pullout bed. There is a built in kitchenette with a microwave, beverage fridge and sink. There is also a three piece bath with a stand alone shower.
