For rent this summer, (weekly or fortnightly rentals only) 5-bedroom Basque-Landes house with swimming pool and garden 100 metres from the sea and 10 minutes' walk from Hossegor marine lake. Maximum 10 adults in the house.

Inside the house
Ground floor: entrance, large living room with lounge and kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with shower, washbasins and toilet) and a utility room next to the kitchen which also contains a toilet and washing machine. Two bedrooms have a 160x200 bed and one has a single bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds.
On the first floor: a mezzanine (television and DVD player), two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, bath, washbasin and toilet). The 1st bedroom has a 160x200 bed. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds.

All the bedrooms have just been repainted and all the bathrooms are new.

. The living area (lounge and dining room), mezzanine and open-plan kitchen have all been renovated.
Equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob (x4), Nespresso coffee machine, cot, high chair.
Outside the house
Beautiful 1000 m2 enclosed garden with parking for two cars, a lovely terrace (accessible via the French window in the kitchen) with sun loungers and barbecue.

A deposit of 1500 euros will be requested in cash at the time of the entrance in the house. Transfer by credit card is also possible BEFORE the entrance in the house. The deposit will be given back at the end of the stay provided that no damages have been made inside the house or outside the garden.

A picture ID will be requested.

A renting contract will have to be signed before the entrance in the house.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
