**A journey to the 19th century in the heart of Seixal 🌿**

A charming retreat filled with history, where every detail invites you to slow down and experience the past with the comfort of the present.

A unique space inspired by local history, where every detail has been designed to transport you to the cozy atmosphere of a 19th-century home — with the river just around the corner.

A fully equipped kitchen, living area, double bedroom with a double bed, and a private bathroom make up this comfortable and character-filled space.

In the living area, there is also a bed that usually functions as a sofa, allowing comfortable accommodation for a third guest, ideally a child.

The apartment features three tall windows, each with access to its own private balcony. One overlooks Largo da Igreja, while the other two face a picturesque street with views of the river.

Located in the heart of Seixal’s historic center, within a 200-year-old building, it is surrounded by a setting rich in living history dating back to the 14th century.

Its proximity to the river and bay — central elements of Seixal’s identity — combines with an excellent location: Lisbon just 15 minutes away, some of Europe’s best beaches about 15 minutes away, and Arrábida and Azeitão around 20 minutes away.

Here, nature, history, and the river naturally become part of your experience.

Seixal is a peaceful town, ideal for enjoying nature, with several points of interest such as a migratory bird observatory, water activities, and a rich historical heritage including the former cork factory, shipyards, traditional cod-drying facilities, and the iconic tidal mills from the 14th century. The area also offers numerous walking and cycling routes, as well as trips on traditional Tagus boats.

Today, the sheltered bay of Seixal is a true natural refuge, home to a great diversity of fauna and flora, including elegant flamingos in the Corroios marshes.

The “Legendary Bay” project was created and developed by Pedro Perdigão (Host) and Hugo Castanheira (Local Artist), bringing to life a unique space where tradition, art, and comfort come together.
