This quaint 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo features hardwood floors throughout first floor. There is a screened in porch overlooking one of the communities fresh water ponds. Outside shower is located of of the front porch for convenience after those long days at the beach. Upstairs boasts neutral carpet throughout. Both bedrooms feature large closets and enormous skylight in bathroom adds to it's spaciousness and tranquility. Full term rent of $18,000, security deposit of $1,800. Tenant will be responsible for electric directly to Delmarva power, and any cable/internet fees that are desired. The Mallard Lakes community offers numerous fresh water and large salt water lake available for kayaking, crabbing, fishing and other aquatic activities. Family-friendly neighborhood has lots of activities and amenities to offer all summer long, including 2 large pools, hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, 2 playgrounds, community room for special events, picnic areas for grillin' and chillin', horse shoes, and so much more. Boat slip rentals are also available right across route 54 and the beach is a short 5 minute drive and is less than one and a half miles away!
