Family-friendly mobile home with water park and outdoor pool.
Swann Keys offers a resort like family setting, with pool, and fun area for the kids/ basketball/ volleyball/ playground and community center. (Fenwick Island and Ocean City Md. beaches, just 2.5 miles away). This Home has 3 Bedrooms / 1 bathroom (NO TUBS) . The home Sleeps 6-7 persons comfortably. All bedrooms have outlets and power strips for electronics. Queen size bed Master bedroom, Bunk style size beds in 2nd and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom.
Bring your jet-ski/ kayaks/paddle boards for the week, parked next to bulkhead front of the home water canal. The boat ramp is at the end of Blue Teal Rd. (convenient). The driveway has parking for 3 vehicles. Bring fishing rods/bait, and crab traps, for dock fishing.
Guests will have limited access to paper towels, napkins and toilet paper (new rolls to get started) so bring EXTRA.
There is a refrigerator for food and drinks, and the sun room overlooking the water is beautiful, ceiling fans (remote controlled).
There are 2 smart televisions (1 in Sun room,1 in living room), Wi-Fi is available , and washer & dryer, iron and ironing board and outside hanging clothes line / clothes pins for sandy beach clothes / wet towels. A Garden Hose outside in driveway to rinse feet, sandy chairs, and beach toys.
Great restaurants close by, (happy hours and specials), some restaurants with delivery, grocery stores, gift shops or venture out for fun, go-carting, miniature golf, ice cream, Fishers Popcorn, Delaware beaches or Ocean City boardwalk action, amusements, nightlife. Close to everything, for the perfect get away. Assateague Island is short 30-35 minute drive to see wild ponies roaming in the state park.
Guests SHOULD BRING own food, snacks, personal care items, Bath Linens/towels /washcloths, beach towels and beverages.
Recently we added safety cameras for front and side door(s) monitoring, for everyone's protection.(NONE are active in personal spaces)
We supply pillows, sheets, blankets, first aid kit, anti-bacterial hand soap on sinks, dish soap, cleaning supplies, (like glass cleaner, brooms, Swiffer, etc.) and limited paper products, trash bag in each can and dishwasher tablets to run it (so no dishes while on vacation) . Propane is supplied in the gas grill for barbequing.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this mobile home offer washers/dryers and coffee maker. Accommodations are furnished with sofas and dining tables. Kitchens offer refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and cookware/dishes/utensils. The bathroom includes a shower and hair dryer.
Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in Livingroom and Sunroom.
Recreational amenities at the community include a water park and an outdoor pool, basket/volleyball, and a playground.

Boat is not included in the rental. Our insurance does not cover guests boarding. No loud music or noise before 8am and after11pm
Please leave our home the way you found it. Empty trash, empty refrigerator/ freezer, make sure hose is wrapped up, close patio umbrella and tie off.
Vehicles may not be parked on our roads Do not throw food or any other item into the canals Do not flush baby wipes in the toilet

We love this neighborhood. Wife’s grandfather had a home on blue bill before he passed away. We stayed there every summer for a week. And this property didn’t disappoint. The home is clean and comfy. Dan is very communicative and gets back to you quickly. We will stay here again next year, if he’s still renting out for people.

The home we stayed in was wonderful. Daniel is very attentive. We enjoyed using the minnow trap in the canal. The kids enjoyed the pool and splash park. The home was very clean and located in close proxity to the beach and shops.

Awesome Weekend Stay!

Our family of 6 had a great time on our vacation stay here. The House was spotless, and communication with host was excellent! Bikes on site, nicely furnished, pool close by, and super quiet neighborhood! Would love to stay again.

2nd Year Coming To Rosies Place

We had an amazing stay here. Listing is as stated. Has everything you need for a beach vacation. Beds are pretty comfortable. Very cute home! Location is quiet and close enough to Assateague island, Ocean City and Fenwick! The mini split air conditioning unit in the sun room! We had an amazing time & will return! was a great addition! Awesome stay!

Home was clean and exactly as described, Dan was very communicative and provided all the information needed to make our trip effortless. Beautiful little Beach House/ Vacation!

I took my two neices on a 5 day vacation! The property was perfect for us! It was close to anywhere we wanted togo for food or the beach or grocery runs! We actually drove to Assateague Island everyday to spend our beach days! Which was only about a 25 minute drive! The house was adorable, clean, had everything you could possibly need for a great beach stay! We really enjoyed the sun room with the smart tv and the awesome beachy decor! The kitchen was a great size and had all the amenities you could possibly need! The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable!! Bathroom was pretty spacious and only having 1 bathroom for all 3 of us was perfectly fine! The back yard was beautiful with breathtaking views of the canal/bay! Also could see most of some gorgeous sunsets! Highly recommend staying at Rosies Place! Quiet,Cute and Comfy!
