This stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers breathtaking bay views, three spacious open decks, and a comfortable, coastal-inspired design ideal for your next vacation. Whether you’re relaxing on one of the decks, enjoying sunsets over the bay, or exploring all the nearby attractions, this home is designed for memorable coastal getaways.

MAIN LEVEL FEATURES The first floor features an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, a convenient wet bar, and a cozy living area with plenty of seating. While there’s no formal dining room, guests can gather around the kitchen island or enjoy meals outside on the first-floor deck with its high-top table and chairs, all while soaking in the incredible water views. A gas grill on the first-floor deck is available for guest's use. Two assigned parking spaces are available for use while staying with additional visitor parking on a first-come basis.

OUTDOOR LIVING & COMMUNITY AMENITIES This property features 4 decks in total. Enjoy views of the bay, including a direct view of the Fenwick Lighthouse. Watch the beautiful sunrise each morning and enjoy the wildlife in the wetlands. The first-floor deck provides a welcoming space for the whole group to enjoy meals together.

In the summer, the community pool (steps away) is adjacent to the unit and opens at 10:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm. The pool area includes an outdoor shower. Three waterfront restaurants/bars are all within walking distance: Harpoon Hanna's, Catch 54, and Papa Grande's. Guests can also walk or bike to the beach, or rent jet skis and boats right next door at Shark’s Cove Marina. You can also walk across the parking lot for a relaxing day at the Zen Spa & Studio Z or venture onto Coastal Highway for tax-free shopping.

ADDITIONAL PROPERTY DETAILS

To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement required within 10 days of booking. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details. The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.

Linens will be at the property prior to check-in. Linens include sheets for all beds and bath towels. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
