The modern and fully equipped holiday apartment is located in the first row by the sea in the quiet coastal town of Povlja on the island of Brač and offers ideal conditions for a relaxed holiday directly on the water. On approximately 65 m² of living space, you have two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area, which comfortably accommodates up to four people. The apartment is located on the first floor and impresses with its bright layout, pleasant room layout, and beautiful sea view.
The private balcony is directly accessible from the living area and invites you to enjoy the view of the sea with a table and seating - whether during breakfast or a relaxed evening. The living area is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, WiFi, and a sofa bed. The kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering, including an oven, microwave, and sufficient cooking utensils.
