The location of the villa is perfect for your dream vacation since it is just several meters from the sea. Guests can arrive with their own boat and have the boat mooring in front of the villa.
The 5-star villa extends on 2 floors, offers 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The property boasts 600 m2 and the villa itself has 270 m2.
The mansion boasts an attractive interior and exterior. A rustic kitchen is fully equipped and connected to a comfortable living area. From this lower part of the villa, there is an exit to the terrace with lovely sea views. On a tiled part in front of the villa, there is a large sun deck full of beach chairs and surrounded by authentic pine trees, characteristic of this area. It is a deal for sunbathing after a long swim in the Adriatic!
The upper floor boasts 4 comfortable and stylish bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. Each detail was chosen with a lot of love and dedication.
The highlight of the villa is certainly a large swimming pool of 32 m2 that can be heated with a surcharge of 500€ per week. The pool is surrounded by lush autochthonous herbs and greenery. Here you can find additional beach chairs and barbecue - ideal for alfresco dining.
In the same bay, there are Luxury Villa Sounds of Nature and Luxury Villa Sogno Bianco, suitable for larger groups of people. Villa Dreamcatcher is some 30 km from Bol, a town with the most famous Croatian beach – Golden Horn. We also recommend visiting Blaca Hermitage, place Dol where you can try delicious Hrapacusa cake. In Donji Humac you can try vitalac – a tasty dish of lamb or goat offal unique in the world.
