VILLA JOSIPA - SUMARTIN

Located in Sumartin on Brac Islands’ eastern coast, Villa Josipa is a lovely beachfront villa with a private swimming pool. Situated just 20 metres from the beach, 1 km from the nearest restaurant and 3 km from other shops and restaurants, the villa is close to everything you need. Sumartin has an 18th-century monastery and several lovely bays with sandy and pebble beaches. Other attractions on the island include the famous Golden Horn (Zlatni Rat) beach or you can take a car ferry to Makarska on the mainland.

Villa Josipa (480 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped modern kitchen and a dining area, as well as a large triple bedroom (with king-size bed and single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower).

On the mezzanine level, you will find one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathrooms (with combination bath and shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), as well as three spacious living rooms (with comfortable furniture, LCD TV/DVD).

On the first floor, you will find one triple bedroom (with king-size bed and single bed), one double bedroom (with king-size bed) and two ensuite bathrooms (with bath and shower). On this level, you will also find a sitting room (with LCD TV/DVD) and a kitchenette.

Outside, the villa has several terraces, a heated swimming pool (depth 1 m; available when the villa is available for bookings) and a jacuzzi hot tub (for 12 people), a lounge area (with a hammock) and a dining area, as well as a barbecue/grill, table tennis, private parking area and a mooring for small boats in front of the villa.
