Characteristic mountain hut at an altitude of 1300 meters, located in loc. Curadure 10km from the town of Roncone (Sella Giudicarie). Suitable for mountain lovers, relaxation and for those who want to unplug from everyday life. Ideal for mtb/e-bike excursions and trekking, in the middle of the woods.
The lodge is ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort. On the ground floor is the living area with a large living room, kitchen and utility room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms: one triple (double bed + single bed) and another double (single bed) + single. Bathroom with shower. Altogether the house has up to 5 comfortable beds available. Hot water is provided by LPG boiler. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Cellular coverage is guaranteed at least externally by some of the major telephone operators.
The house is easily accessible by car with reserved parking space. Large lawn available, no barbecue. There is no presence of baby cribs. The sleeping area is accessed by a staircase. In the town of Roncone, the main services are available such as: pharmacy, supermarkets, gas stations, tobacconist/journalists, bars, pizzerias/restaurants. There is no wifi or fiber internet connections. Pets are accepted.
