Not quite as expected

The flat, and area were very nice. We enjoyed the location and exploring the surrounding area. However, the flat itself was not quite as expected from the listing. Firstly, it is advertised as having a washing machine. It doesn't. There is a communal laundry on site, but you have to pay for this and it was in a different building. Secondly, the kitchen is so small that it is very difficult to cook in. There is no proper oven to use, and only 2 hobs. The check-in process was needlessly difficult. We had to go to a different location to pick up keys. They could easily have been put in the key box at the flat which would have been much easier.
