Pros: Wir sind mit unserem kleinen Hund nun zum dritten mal im Haus Baltic in der Whg. Nr. 29 und fühlen uns wieder sehr wohl hier.Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist sehr gut, und besonders gut gefällt uns das kleine Schlafzimmer, Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und funktional. Die Lage ist ruhig, und trotzdem zentral. Wir kommen wieder.

Pros: Wir haben die gemütliche Ferienwohnung nun schon viele Jahre über Weihnachten und Sylvester mit unserem kleinen Hund gemietet. Fühlen uns hier immer sehr wohl. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Wilhelmstraße mit der Seebrücke, oder in den Granitzer Wald. Die Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung erleichtert den Ein- und Auszug sehr. Der freundliche Vermieter bemüht sich Unzulänglichkeiten abzustellen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Haus Baltic.

Pros: Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal mit 2 Personen in dieser kleinen Ferienwohnung. Liegt sehr zentral, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung haben wir eine Spülmaschine und einen Balkontisch vermisst (daher 1 Stern Abzug). „Trotzdem“ kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Pros: Hallo. Waren in den Osterferien 2017 da. Ehepaar mit Hunde. Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Alles super geklappt. Das gute ist die Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl , sehr praktisch. Alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Kommen garantiert wieder hierher.

Pros: Schon dreimal Urlaub im Haus Baltic (FeWo 29) gemacht, der vierte Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht. Schöne, helle Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Übernachten braucht. Sehr sauber und besonders der Platz in der Tiefgarage ist nützlich. Das Beste aber ist die Lage: ruhig in einer Nebenstraße, jedoch keine 100 Meter vom Hauptboulevard entfernt. Zum Strand 8 - 10 Fußminuten, auch der gesamte Ort ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Fazit: immer wieder gern!
