This modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 35 square meters of space for max. 2 adults and has internet - wifi. Over the separate entrance to the hall you enter the hall with cloakroom and wardrobe. The cozy living room has an upholstered seating area with table and chairs and a cabinet with a modern flat-screen TV - device. Here is also a dining table with chairs. The small kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with a 4-plate cooker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (full mattress) with bedside tables and reading lamps.   For a one-time surcharge of 14.90 euros per guest bed linen (self-service) and towels are provided on your arrival. A sexy bad weather alternative is the adventure ahoy with swimming pool, slide and sauna facilities at the nearby Seepark Sellin. In addition to the small historic train makes the "Racing Roland" station in Sellin and offers excursions in the area, eg. As to Putbus, Binz, Göhren or castle Granitz.
