DUNE HOUSE D203 (FW):
The modern equipped 30 square meter one-bedroom apartment with balcony (D203) is located on the first floor of the restored DÜNENHAUS. The combined living room and bedroom with double bed has shower / WC as well as TV / radio, telephone and DSL internet access (LAN / WLAN). The separate kitchen with stove and oven has a small dining area. From the covered balcony with garden furniture you can look to the forest as well as to the Villasallee Wilhelmstraße. The apartment is furnished by the landlord with bed linen, hand- and kitchen towels. The beds are made. Linen change for a fee. In the DÜNENHAUS there is a sauna with relaxation room (can be booked individually) and a coin-operated washing machine. The garden has various seating areas, a meadow, barbecue and a play corner for children. Parking spaces are available at HAUS BORUSSIA and cost € 2.00 per day. Breakfast can be booked on site. Arrival from 4 to 7 pm or by arrangement. The DÜNENHAUS, a villa in classic seaside style, is located about 250 meters from the main beach with the Selliner Seebrücke. The BORUSSIA HOUSE is located a few meters on the other side of the road.

Rügen und meer Our renovated DÜNENHAUS offers elegant apartments with one to three rooms. They are decorated in a modern style with bright furniture and subtle fabrics. All have shower baths, kitchens and DSL internet access. In the large garden at the Buchenwald there are pavilions, various seats and play equipment for the little ones. The main beach with the Selliner pier is about 250 meters away. Breakfast (Mini and Maxi) can be booked with the landlord. There is a sauna with a resting place, a coin-operated washing machine, barbecue facilities and a sand box with play equipment for the little ones.  The property of the DÜNENHAUS is car-free. Our in-house parking is at the BORUSSIA HOUSE. It is a few meters away on the other side of the road. Our DÜNENHAUS belongs to the ensemble of the historic seaside houses in Selliner Wilhelmstraße, the avenue to the beach. It was erected over 100 years ago and is completely preserved in its original cubature. Shops, bus or small train are all within walking distance. The in-house car parking spaces are located at HAUS BORUSSIA. Rügen and the sea. DÜNENHAUS Sellin. Ostseebad Sellin

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
