The newly built Villa Wilhelmine, a quiet house with six apartments located, centrally located in a side street of the famous Wilhelmstrasse and also have been adapted from the magnificent villas of the resort architecture. From here you can reach the famous Sellin pier and the sandy beach in a few minutes. Situated at Lake Constance on Lake Sellin leisure and bicycle rental are situated in about 500m distance from you. The lovingly furnished 68 sqm large two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of the building overlooking the garden. It has a spacious south-facing terrace, which invites you to relax and sunbathe in summer.

The modern and very high quality furnished Non smoking apartment with private terrace is located on the ground floor and is therefore very suitable for families and older guests. The high quality built-in kitchen leaves with microwave, convection oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine + additional coffee and other practical helpers nothing to be desired. Further you will find in the living room a cozy sitting area, which is equipped with a LED TV (40 inches), DVD player and music system equips eye. Another LED TV (32 inches) can be found in one of the bedrooms. The two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds (Bedroom 1 - 1,80 mx 2,00 m), 2 single beds (2 bedrooms - 0,90m x 2,00m) and replete cabinet surfaces. Also available on your Internet connection (WLAN), you still enjoy the holiday. This is included for you. From the living / kitchen and dining area takes you to the south facing terrace, perfect for sunshine to linger. The spacious, high-quality bathroom with underfloor heating, WC, washbasin and Raindance shower promises relaxing spa effect. In the existing storage room is a washing machine to use. A dryer for standing for outdoor use is available. Bicycles and beach equipment can be accommodated next to your car park in a locked shed. For our little guests you have 1x travel cot (without mattress and bed inlett) and 1x high chair in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
