Disliked: Cleanliness
- Check-In-Vorgang war schwierig. Die Schlüsselbox befand sich nicht am angegebenen Ort. - Unterkunft grundsätzlich gut gelegen, aber für ältere Menschen oder für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung nicht geeignet! (Enges Treppenhaus mit über 50 Stufen und kein Aufzug)-Sofa im Wohnbereich war total durchgesessen, kaum als Schlafgelegenheit zu verwenden. Auch zum Sitzen nicht.-Im kleinen Schlafzimmer ist die hintere Matratze durchgelegen. Dies verursachte starke Rückenschmerzen. -Das Geschirr war bei Ankunft verdreckt und musste vor Benutzung von uns gereinigt werden. -Im großen Schlafzimmer war permanent ein undefinierbarer unangenehmer Geruch zu verzeichnen.Deshalb musste ständig gelüftet werden.- Der Balkon ist nicht für 5 Personen gleichzeitig geeignet.- Das Schlimmste aber war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Nach unserem Aufenthalt beschimpfte sie uns per Anruf und bezichtigte uns des Vandalismus. Ein normales Gespräch mit ihr war unmöglich.Das Sofa, welches nachweislich bereits mindestens seit Januar 2025 defekt war will sie nun von uns bezahlt bekommen. Wir können nur allen raten, die doch dort buchen möchten, alles vorher mit Zeugen zu begutachten und zu fotografieren.
