The Seepark Sellin consists of several houses in typical bathing style architecture in the center of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. You can also use restaurants, cafés and many small shops in the complex. Only 50 m to the wellness center (indoor and outdoor swimming pool, modern sauna area, massages etc.). Due to the spacious green areas and the playground in the complex, the apartment is very family-friendly. 50 m to the mini golf course and approx. 800 m to one of the most beautiful beach sections on the island of Rügen - beach walks to Baabe and further to Göhren possible.

Your modern and lovingly furnished 3-room non-smoking apartment 60RB420 is located in the house Baabe, is approx. 65 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It is located on the 1st Upper floor and has 2 balconies (southeast and west), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with vanity, bathtub, fully automatic washing machine and toilet, a living room with a comfortable seating area to pull out.
