03 Apartment:
The apartment (03) is located on the upper floor of the house and has a separate entrance and Wi-Fi. It is about 75 square meters, has space for a maximum of 2 adults and a child up to 16 years, has been modern and comfortable.   In the living room there is a comfortable couch with a table, a radio with CD player and a modern flat-screen TV. Here is also a bed for a third guest. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. Here is also a dining table with chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. A small cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. On the existing terrace you can enjoy a barbecue or relax with a glass of wine in the sun. On arrival the beds are made with sheets and there are fresh towels ready. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin and has daylight.

Welcome to the Sellin!   Our 3 modern and comfortable-Non smoking apartments (separate entrance, 32 -. 75 sqm, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, kitchenette, shower / WC, sitting area on the terrace with barbecue, max 3 guests) are located in a residential building, which in a housing estate located.   Until kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is only about 700 m. Sellin is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen with magnificent, unspoiled landscape. In the vicinity there are numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as restaurants and shopping. In Sellin there are numerous shops, restaurants & cafes, bakers, bike rentals and several playgrounds and a water park with sauna area. From Sellin you have easy start for hiking, swimming or to ride a bike. On the existing terrace you can enjoy a barbecue or relax with a glass of wine in the sun. On arrival the beds are made with sheets and there are fresh towels ready. Until the bus public transport stop is about 300 meters. Directly at the house also drives the small local train, which can be used free of charge.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
