This nicely furnished holiday home with approx. 33 sqm of living space has modern facilities. It offers a living area with a modern kitchenette (fridge, sink, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine) and a wireless internet connection. The couch in the living area can be pulled out for an extra bed (for extra beds 2 children 14 years). In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with bedside tables. A travel cot can only be placed in the living room! You receive TV via a regional cable connection with approx. 36 programs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hand basin and other storage options. The covered terrace belonging to the holiday home offers seating. The parking lot is about 15 meters away on the complex. When you arrive, the beds are of course already covered with bed linen, we kindly ask you to bring towels.

Welcome to Sellin! Our 9 modern and comfortably furnished holiday homes are only approx. 300 m from the fine sandy bathing beach of the Baltic Sea. The small and very quiet holiday complex is located in the middle of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with a beautiful landscape and unspoiled nature. The cottages are equipped for up to 4 guests (1 to 2 bedrooms, some with a fireplace, max. 55 sqm and a wireless internet connection) and have been furnished very lovingly, modernly and comfortably. Each holiday home has a small covered terrace with garden furniture or Beach chair.
