The property was clean and the room is very comfortable. They have in house spa which is amazing to get a relaxing Balinese body massage after a long day of exploring and walking around Bali

I stayed at this resort recently and was very disappointed with my experience. The property did not meet the expectations set by their photos and description. The rooms were poorly maintained, the cleanliness was not up to standard, and the service was slow and unhelpful. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and hospitality. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort to families or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. There are many better options available nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jambuluwuk. My room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking one of the pools. The bed was huge and the room had everything I needed. The downstairs pool is long enough to do laps (30 metres maybe) and there's also a shallow pool for the kids. There's also a waterfall. The rooftop pool is smaller but plenty big enough. Umbrella's would be handy though. Possibly a wind issue while I was there. The food options are great with some daily specials around the pool and they have a restaurant at the front which was good. It's busy around the hotel with lots of shopping and eating options and maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and that's Balinese people in general. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rooms were amazing. Clean and the beds huge and super comfy. Pool deck was a bit hit and miss, needs to be repaired, but a nice overall pool area. Service, especially for food at the pool was slow, but certainly didn’t ruin our holiday. Would book again

Very average, breakfast was terrible ants all Over the bread for toast 3 out of the 4 mornings we were there Limited options food wise and juice not cold was far from good! Booked for an adult and 2 children had one bed wanted me to pay more for an extra bed… sitting by the pool and there was part of cement and paint falling over us from the building. Room service limited food very small portions cheaper in AU

Breakfast 2 star waited 20 minutes for 3 fried eggs, coffee very ordinary, all other food not temperature control hot food was cold, cold food warm and that is why our family had very sore stomachs. Would not return.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. I also felt safe during my stay, which is very important to me. Another big plus is the location — it’s very close to the beach. Highly recommended!

The hotel states that it is five star but I don't think this is the case. It looks like it is in need of some TLC. There are dirty walls and and some repointing needed. I would say a 3.5 star. The bathroom overflow, plug and door handle were not working well. But he aircon worked ok. The jacuzzi on the roof was a bit green and the deck on the lower floor is in need of replacing. Staff were good. No shuttle to the village square which is a shame as it will cost $15 a taxi ride to get there. Other hotels have this facility. The pools were nice and cleen. Good cleaning by housekeeping. Not a bad hotel but sadly a few cracks showing. The breakfast was just ok. If it wasn't for the omelet maker it would have been a little disappointing. Wierd shop on the corner that never opens lol. We had a good time.

This property is list3d as a 5 star.. it is more like a 3.5 star at best. The worst property i have ever stayed in bali.... The food is disgusting there breakfast sudpar in comparison to other hotel's. Its old the staff xould not care less about your needs ot holiday. The property is in disrepair. The photos and the reality of the hotel are very different. Do not waste your money. On this hotel

Security staff and staff in the rooftop restaurant serving breakfast were friendly and welcoming staff at front desk however were hit and miss. The foyer and corridors were very hot however the room was very cold and we found it difficult to warm it up. The hotel is fine we just found it a bit far away from the areas we liked and the bathroom was pokey. Deluxe Rooms don’t come equipped with a hairdryer or iron and ironing board you have to chase them up. That said they did get them to us quite quickly. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the facilities so not sure how good they were. Good selection at breakfast but wasn’t very tasty.

Places was nice staff fantastic but the doff doff music from night club next door was so loud vibrations going through the double glazed windows really hard to sleep at night music went on till 3 till o'clock in the morning real problem
