The villa was perfect for our holiday except for very noisy building work on a new receptions area, this lasted for a couple of days. It was stopped eventually but meant we had to leave the villa for two days for peace and quiet , not what we expect in peak time rates and paying for a private pool to enjoy. Ngurah on reception was terrific and nothing was too much trouble for him .we would definitely stay again. Location was ideal .

Es wird alles, wirklich alles via Whatsapp geschrieben. Auch Sachen, welche man mit dem Staff besprochen hat. Beispiele: Order von 2 Handtücher und 2 Pooltücher (Standardmässig sind "nur" zwei Duschtücher vorhanden Frühstück: täglich via Whatsapp bestellen (inkl. Zeitangabe) Zimmerreinigung: es wird täglich angefragt, ob und wann gereinigt werden soll etc etc Für uns war das "anstrengend", da wir zu Beginn kein WLAN, resp. e-Sim hatten, kamen die Mitteilungen jeweils erst, wenn wir wieder in der Villa waren. Staff ist hilfsbereit, spricht aber schlecht English, was der Grund für diese Art von Kommunikation sein wird. Am letzten Tag wollten wir uns einen Tee kochen und haben bemerkt, dass der Gasherd nicht angeschlossen war. Bestimmt hätten wir das "bestellen" können, aber das war uns zu blöd. Generell ist die Villa in die Jahre gekommen, aber soweit ok und sauber.

The room was big and clean just like pictures in the internet. We went their for birthday trip, hotel provide a special decoration and cake for free! The swimming pool has good hygiene, there were many trees and leaves from the yard which sometimes drop into the water, but the flowing system made sure the rubbish on pool was drawn. Cleaning service was also good, the hotel is an environmental friendly one. In our stay, sometimes we’re windy and leaves flow into the open dinner room, but they made it super clean everyday and even swept away flowers which dropped on the yard ground.

度假屋位置寧靜舒適，範圍內有與世隔絕的感覺，工作人員態度親切，熱心地幫助各種事情，例如安排早餐選項及私人按摩等。度假屋附近大量餐廳/便利店/按摩店/小商店及找換店等，步行至海灘只需十分鐘左右，方便至極。期望再次入住，值得推薦！

فندق الابس بها

الفندق عباره عن ‏ثلاث فلله في وسط سمنياك يبعد عن البحر تقريبا ١٥ دقيقه الفندق لا بس بها من حيث النظافه سعره مرتفع شوي مقارنه ما انصح السكن في المنطقه بالنسبه للعوائل افضل منطقه في بالي للعوائل هي منطقه ابود

立地もよく、Instagramで話題のカフェにも歩いて行ける距離です。話題のフローティングブレックファーストも、インスタ映え間違いなしのビックフロートもリーズナブルに借りられ、スタッフもとてもアットホームで最高のヴィラです。とにかく室内もきれい！また来年絶対にきます！
