No welcome drink No welcome rose pedal foot bath Hot water machine in room didn't work. Booked for 6 people. 5 adults stayed, was told to remove French toast from breakfast order or we'd be charged extra, even though we had 1 less person. Requested no cleaning, towel change only. Room was cleaned without permission then towel count was out. Accused of towel theft when checked out.

While the property is a little older it was a great size and still well maintained/ clean. We had a villa with enclosed lounge/ living area but don’t believe all villas have this so it was great to be able to also utilize AC in the living space. Location is slightly hidden from Main Street which is a bonus as it was very quiet across our whole stay. Breakfast options were not too bad (lots of options but lots of other delicious places to go out for breakfast). Staff were lovely and accommodating when requesting changes to room cleaning times or turn down service. Pool is surrounded by lush plants so perfect for a relaxing swim. If you are seeking a space to lounge in the sun however the pool deck received minimal sun at all. Perfect for us wanting the shade.

Staff fabulous they could not do enough for you !! Location great, walking distance to beach, Seminyak eat street and square Mosquito coils and spray each evening was great to enjoy outdoor spaces The property could do with some refreshing of fittings and linen as they were discolored making it feel like they weren’t clean (they were as they smelled good) General maintenance too as lights falling off walls and kitchen cupboard doors not closing This property is very roomy unlike new villas

Loved this property- location was great , 4min walk to beach. Villa slightly dated, alot of maintenance required in some and not all standardised with appliances . Ie. some had microwaves some not . breakfast was mediocre, Orange juice was the best . Staff were friendly. Great for families or groups as villas are all close to each other each with their own pool. Air cond was bit noisy in room . Shops and restaurants close by.

Leaking water in the rooms on arrival but fixed after complaining. No wifi in the unit until complaint made and installed repeater in the unit after complaint. It was extremely humid in 3rd room in seperate building despite of aircon. Bedding is like slightly soaked with moist all the time. big enough fridge for 7 ppl. All rooms and living area are spacious. More than enough space to place all the luggages for 7ppl. Well maintained private pool. Pricey airport pickup. 350000rupiah (Grab taxi cost 150000rupiah when I picked up my partner same time next day)

Exceptional stay in all of Bali!

We had the most amazing stay here. Not only was the villa we stayed at was beautiful, but very private. The staff at this place was what made the stay even more exceptional. Not only were they extremely friendly and hospitable, but went out of their way to help. They also helped in booking tours at the last minute. Huge thanks to Eka for that! And their spa was just as amazing too, Elie was excellent in that and all the other masseuses for their Bali massages. Location was ideal too, only around the corner from the beach and downtown Seminyak. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. And yet, it was so secluded and quiet within our area, made it seem like we were far away from all that noise. Overall, we had an excellent stay and will definitely come back again here!

Great space and individual villas. We did experience a lot of bugs in the lower level because of open air bathroom. The villa seemed dated and could use a bit of upgrade in terms of paint and finishes but mostly cosmetic. Some of the linens need to be replaced as well. The pool is amazing and the villas was clean aside of the flies and towels. Recommend for larger groups and families. Location is very convenient to Seminyak Beach and lots of shopping and restuarants.

Beautiful Villa

We were in Bali for almost a month and stayed at 5 different villas/hotels This was definitely made top 2. They have made major improvements since Covid and are steadily creeping back up to a 5-star accommodation. We have nothing but positive things to say.
