Villa Description:

Freshly refurbished, Villa Zayya blends Balinese charm with a renewed sense of comfort in the heart of Seminyak. Tucked away at the end of a quiet alley, it’s a hidden gem in the heart of Seminyak.

The villa features a long, inviting swimming pool as its centerpiece, ideal for a morning dip or a relaxing afternoon under the sun. Two private bungalows with traditional alang-alang roofs are located at either end of the pool, each housing a cozy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and serene pool views.

The main living area is housed in a striking Joglo-style structure made from century-old teak wood, combining traditional Indonesian architecture with modern comfort. It includes a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge, all opening onto the lush tropical garden.

On either side of the living space, you’ll find two more stylish bedrooms with large dressing areas, en-suite bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the greenery.

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various animals in Bali, ranging from the endangered exotic creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects like ants and mosquitoes.
We do our best to control mosquito population in our villa by doing fumigation once a month and clean the villa thoroughly every day but we cannot eradicate all. However, we always provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa.
