The Serene Villas were amazing! They were tucked away down a long driveway and were a touch of paradise. We arrived very late after our light was delayed and were still welcomed with open arms. The nice young man at the airport was still smiling and happy to see us even after waiting for 2 extra hours. The staff at the villa couldn't do enough to make our stay as relaxing as possible. From breakfast set up each morning to the food and drinks ordered each day, it was first class. The gardens were beautifully keep and the pool was well maintained and refreshing. Thoroughly loved the place!

A misleading 5 star experience

This hotel is not a 5 star one, the breakfast options are way too limited and repetitive with low quality for a 5 star. The amenities are bad and they reuse the bottles, so they are lacking the color. The noise from around and inside the hotel, of motorcycles and cars, make me think that my villa was in the middle of a main street of Jakarta. Also the separation among villas is almost none existent, as I could listen to all the sounds produced by the neighbors.

Awesome villas

Overall, stay was great. Villas were very nice, service was second to none. The only thing I’d want to change is seal the rooms a bit more from the outside. The doors close but a gap remains therefore exposing the inside and at times mosquitoes do come in. They do their best my putting down coils at sundown however. Overall a great stay tho!

Great stay, will come back again

Service is very good. Lotsa space for a 3 rooms villa with a good size pool amd depth. Had alot of fun just hanging around the villa. Location is decent, 15-20mins walk to malls and there's good restaurants and spa within 5mins walk from serene. Can consider booking the villa transport for tour or airport transfer, price is resonable.

Spacious and convenient villa

We booked Serene Palm for the 6 of us and were blown away by the service and hospitality of the staff. The villa is conveniently located near food/massage parlours.

Amazing Villa with great service

We had a great time and will definitely be back! The breakfast was not your typical continental breakfast, it was made to order every morning with a great menu. The service staff were helpful and amazing.
