Love Seminyak Villa Jeff ok but alot of running around getting key at a different location. No TV there is a projector & a few dvds

Disappointed....

Hard to locate, waited 2 hours to checkin, would not answer phone calls, said they did not get our booking, room was dirty, pool was horrid.

Do Not Stay Here

My friends and I had booked this villa from Wednesday June 3 through Friday June 5. We were in Gilli and arrived back to Bali around 8 pm. Firstly, the villa is impossible to find as there are no signs and the name on the outside of the villa is not villa Jeff. Once we did arrive the Villa hadn't been cleaned and was digusting. There were tissues everywhere, wet towels on the beds and in bathroom, empty bottles of shampoo, trash left lying around, and the beds weren't made. At this point it was nine pm and the assistant at the villa who greeted us let us talk to the manager. The manager said the assistant would clean the villa and we should wait. My friends and I were not going to wait an hour for the apartment to be cleaned by someone who had no cleaning supplies, and so we left. I have since been in touch with hotels.com who have been very helpful, however as the money has been paid to the villa directly they are refusing to give us a refund. The fact that checkout for the villa is noon and we arrived at 8 pm, the villa should have been clean and ready for incoming guests. No person in their right mind would have waited an hour for an assitant to try and clean a whole villa. Apologies for the rant, but it is not acceptable and I urge no one to stay here in the future.
