The villa is a quiet space as it is down a lane only a 3 minute walk to Biku restaurant.

Fabulous villa! Wonderful staff!

Beautiful, peaceful villa yet walking distance to the beach, shops and fabulous restaurants. Highly recommended! We will be back!

Great staff and great location

Beautiful and stylish villa - I’ve stayed at over 50 different villas in Bali over many years. Now that Seminyak is getting so busy and the traffic is terrible , the Petitenget area is a nicer place to stay . This villa is down a quiet lane within easy walking distance to Sarong, Merah Putih, Saigon st and many other lovely restaurants- Revolver coffee close by and just a nice style of area. Staff were lovely and unobtrusive, yet there if we needed them. We liked the two bedroom Villa Tia so much that we have booked a bigger villa for January - highly recommend this villa
