Welcome to our Hyco Family Haven! We are conveniently located in the heart of hyco, directly across from Bouey's restaurant and Marina. Nestled in a cove, we have the perfect outdoor living and swimming space with minimal traffic for lots of lounging and fishing potential. We have kayaks and paddleboards for kids and adults along with a floating Lilly pad. Retreat to the hot tub while cooking/grilling dinner and enjoy your favorite show/sporting event from any room of the house.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Hyco Lake. Features include a hot tub and laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as 3 bathrooms and a fireplace.

We loved the location and amenities of this location. However, we could tell that it has had some neglect. Grass overgrown, plants untended, webs and dust. Honestly, it wasn't that big of deal but for the price of this rental, I would have expected better maintenance. The cost should be lowered probably 100/night based on the condition. All in all, we had a great time, it fit our needs and we spent a ton of time outdoors. Also, there were NO wine glasses or glassware of any kind in the house which was extremely odd. We ended up driving into Roxboro buying stemless and stemmed wine glasses at Walmart and left them at the rental.
