The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 90 m² house for rent in Semussac, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a 90 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Bed linen and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 90 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha grill, fan.

Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 400 m², facing south
- A terrace of approximately 15 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Semussac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Beaches: Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, Suzac, Grande Conche de Royan about 8 km away
- Water sports: surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking in Saint-Georges or Royan
- Hiking or walking on the Sentier des Douaniers, between forest and ocean
- Cordouan Lighthouse: visits only at low tide, UNESCO World Heritage Site
- La Palmyre Zoo
- Discover the troglodyte caves of the Meschers cliffs (Matata/Régulus)
