The flight of stairs right at the entrance of the hotel is not convenient as we had luggage to carry up. There was no complete kit provided in the room but we can adjust to it. Otherwise the front desk was quite helpful in calling taxis etc

Simple hotel.

This hotel is basic. The bed is comfortable and there is a nice deep bath. The staff do not speak any English, but since I booked and paid online this was not an issue. The tourist information at the station gave me a map and marked the route to the hotel. It's an easy walk. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and a lovely park to see the cherry blossoms is in the other side of the station.

This hotel has very comfortable bedrooms and excellent staff. Breakfast ist great, it includes fruits, fish, soup, coffee, vegetables and so on. Perfect location.

The location is perfect, near pedestrian malls, parks, train station. Disappointed staff speak NO English. Surprised how big the room was (by Japanese standards) when we stowed the sofa bed during the day.

The hotel is in need of a renovation, overall in the lobby, which is small and a bit smelly of food. The rooms are old, but clean and big enough for the japanese standards. The position is good both to reach the station and the city center.
