Great Hotel, the building is a little old but everything was very clean and the room was a good size for the price. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Sendai.

The hotel looks nice and easy to find. The staff was so nice and helpful when we asked questions as we only stayed a night and wanted to get the most of sendai!!

Staff is very friendly. Helped us to upgrade to a bigger room. Hotel itself is pretty old. But breakfast was pretty good for the price we paid. Location is just okay, not super convenient

Walking distance to sendai station. The rooms were quite larger for Japan standard and they were nice and clean but it is an older style hotel. The buffet breakfast is very good with a large range of Japanese and western style dishes available. I would recommend if staying in sendai!

Comfortable, full of amenities

The hotel is clean, convenient (10 minutes walk to train station and 5 minutes to higheway bus terminal.) Room is spacious, comfortable and full of amenities. Free drinking water bottles are provided fori guests who do not request for room cleaning.

Stress free welcoming n good rest

The staff was very attentive n efficient love it. i love the small thoughtful thngs the hotel do for the comfort of guests. They hv one corner chair in the lift! u can sit while waiting to reach your floor! Very grateful after a long day walking. In the toilet theres a handle which u can hold to stand after doing your business. Less energy to use to stand and very convenient! my highest salute to this hotel because i havent seen this thoughtful gestures in other hotels yet so far.
