大変リーズナブルなので良く使わせていただいています。 東北で一番の昔からのナイト系繁華街である国分町2丁目ブロックに面した定禅寺通りのビルにあるホテルなので、国分町界隈で食べる・遊ぶなら非常に便利です。 ただし、とくに週末（金・土）の夜の場合、深夜０時を過ぎたころにありがちな外で大声をあげる酔客の音が部屋にも聞こえてくる場合があります。 ぐっすり眠れる人は問題ないかと思いますが、神経質な方にリスクはあります。

とにかく立地がいいです。地下鉄勾当台公園駅、セブン、ローソン、ほの香さん、ヴェローチェ、アーケード、三越…便利。建物は古くてユニットバスも極限まで狭いですが、水周りもお部屋もいつも綺麗に清掃されていて安心して滞在できます。
