This is a great hotel that has bigger rooms than most Japanese hotels. It’s very clean, modern and ample with enough stirgare and a little desk. Easy to locate, close to station and many options to eat close by. Staff is very friendly and provides recommendations around the city. I did not try the breakfast, but looked good to. This will be our go to hotel for any future Sendai trip for sure.

Very pleasantly surprised after arriving here on our first day in Sendai. The staff were very attentive, patient, and thorough. The rooms were clean and decently sized. Excellent hotel with great staff. The location really can’t be beat - it’s basically at the center of everything and right near the station, too. Also the staff was very accommodating and friendly, equipped with translation devices or simply good English skills (which was very helpful for an English-only guest like me). Everything else was very comfortable and every service I needed felt within an arm’s reach. Well worth the price should you be able to afford it; would highly recommend!

It is a very nice Hankyu group hotel in Sendai. Hotel does not have parking so you need to find parking place from their recommended parking, but you may find the one near the hotel and it will take just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
