Ho prenotato una stanza tramite un famoso sito di orenotazioni, passato il pagamento, arrivata la mail... sembrava tutto Ok, ma arrivati in albergo non risultava nulla, ne prenotazione ne altro nonostante avessi tutto a dimostrare il contrario. La ragazza alla segreteria molto sgarbatamente non ha voluto vedere nulla continuando a ripetere che se avessimo prenotato LO AVREBBE VISTO!! Siamo stati accompagnati fuori neanche fossimo ladri, chiedendoci anche di spostare la macchina perché era nel parcheggio dell' albergo! Morale? Noi per strada e i soldi spariti...
