It was a horrible experience. I think the owner is the only one who managed the accommodation. Saw him cooking and serving breakfast and front desk work etc. Iโ€™m pretty sure he also does cleaning alone. When I checked in, I saw dirty substances on the bed. - photos attached. The owner apologized and showed me another room - even dirtier. Hairs were everywhere on the bed sheet. Iโ€™m pretty sure the bed sheet hasnโ€™t been changed for quite long. The owner said thatโ€™s the only two rooms I could choose as these are same to the bed configuration I booked. I asked for new bed sheets, and he said he can provide but doesnโ€™t know how to change. So my mum and I changed them together. With no customer service mind at all!!!! The only reason I book this hotel was because of jacuzzi, which was dirty as well. I had to wipe everywhere before using, but still dust were stuck inside. It is not a cheap hotel. Wannna get my money back!
