The location of this hotel is perfect if you like serene ocean views and walking trails. Restaurant options are limited and restaurant closes early for such a large hotel. Rooms and grounds are very clean and the entire atmosphere is quite relaxing.

Our second stay here, and the hotel welcomed us back with a complimentary bottle of wine. Our suite was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and walking the grounds. Wish we had more time to take some of the classes/activities. Will be back again.

I had emailed my birthday plan months before my arrival and I thought I had a plan but got there and started all over again and due to language barrier that took another 4hours. Property is very beautiful but also overpriced for a non inclusive dinning. Spent 4nights there for 1800 and cant seem to understand that cost, staff needed to be trained more for foreigners especially english speakers. Thank God for one of the concierge team Ethan, he was helpful with all of our enquiries. Breakfast wasn't all that especially at 35£, BarLee meal was our highlight from the property. In all beautiful property.

Clean and spacious 2br suite. Family friendly with space and activities for kids. Complimentary parking space a plus since we rented a car. Food was OK but could be better for a 5-star hotel. A very relaxing holiday and worth the stay for the price paid

GORGEOUS property in spectacular Jeju

GORGEOUS property in spectacular southern Jeju Island! Unlike most hotels in the area, Parnas has direct beach access a short stairway climb down, and the beach there is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us booked taxi tours on short notice. Pool facilities are very clean and well maintained. Room service food was also great. Would love to stay here again if we ever return to Jeju!

It was okay, but unfortunately didn’t have the “wow” factor we were hoping for—especially as we were on our honeymoon. The service felt average and didn’t match the hype we’d seen online, particularly from influencers. It met the basic expectations, but overall, it fell short of what we anticipated. One highlight was the thoughtful touch of welcome fruits and complimentary drinks, which we genuinely appreciated. The infinity pool area was underwhelming, with limited seating options. When we approached staff about where we could sit, the response was abrupt and lacked the warmth you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Many of the “premium” lagoon-style booths required extra payment, and the remaining options—mostly bean bags—felt like a cost-cutting choice that didn’t match the luxury branding. Staff interactions overall were impersonal. It felt like guests were treated more like numbers than valued individuals. For a hotel that markets itself as five-star, the customer service lacked polish and care. There was no effort to make the stay feel special, which was especially disappointing given we were on our honeymoon. At best, I’d rate the service a 2-star for effort in attempting to deliver a customer experience. If exceptional service is important to you, we’d recommend considering The Shilla just up the road from experience. Given the choice again, we wouldn’t choose Parnas. The perfume used in the lobby was overwhelming strong and not subtle.
