We had a number of issues with the property and the host didn’t respond at all when we relayed them. Water dripped from the ceilings in 3 rooms including onto one of the beds. There was mold from condensation and water on the walls and ceiling that would rain down during the day. The bathroom has electrical wires sticking out from behind the mirror wrapped with tape. The bathroom shower is somewhat challenging to use and requires you clean most of the bathroom after or it’s a big slip hazard. I will say the space is small but organized fairly well and well located. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible. However the rental really needs to be finished. The space is a reclaimed space and still has a lot of rough concrete and areas that just feel incomplete. Additionally the lack of responsiveness from the host was disappointing. It took them 2 days to respond to our check in message and they never responded at all to our feedback and concerns when they had asked if we had any. All in all if you can find another location in the area for a similar price I would.
