The staff was so friendly! They always went above and beyond for any requests we made. The manager Billy Kim made sure we were taken care of at all times. The location was close to cafes, food and convenience stores. We always felt safe. We loved staying at the Ananti at Gangnam!

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel. The rooms and common areas are really nice. I came across the house keepers once and they were lovely and did an excellent job tidying up. The pools look great but were quite busy with families though I think there’s an hour reserved at the end of the day for adults only. The downsides to the hotel are that 1) the service is lacking. The people at reception were friendly and polite but the hotel doesn’t seem to have staff

The hotel itself is stunning, luxurious and looked exactly like the photos. However, for the price we paid, we were surprised breakfast was not included. It was also hard to navigate around the hotel with the lack of signs to the lobby from level 2. Toothbrush is also extra cost.

Couldn’t adjust the air con temperatures myself during my stay, I had to call the front desk everyday to manually adjust the temperature. Very inconvenient if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night, very long stairs to get to downstairs, could be dangerous for elders or kids. I will not stay there again for this price.
