You’ll need to climb about 30 outdoor steps from street level to the front door.
COZE staff will carry your luggage up and down at check-in and check-out—just share your arrival time in advance.
If anyone in your party has limited mobility or uses a wheelchair, please consider whether the stairs will be comfortable.
2. Security & Smart-Home Safety
Entrances and common areas are protected by 24/7 external CCTV (no cameras inside the living space).
A discreet IoT safety system monitors smoke, carbon monoxide, temperature, and door status. Data is used solely for security and maintenance.
3. Smoking Policy
Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden, including e-cigarettes and all vaping devices.
If you need to smoke, please step out onto the balcony or terrace. Ashtrays are provided—kindly empty them after use.
Close exterior doors while smoking so odors don’t drift inside and disturb other guests.
4. Quiet Hours
To respect our neighbors, no loud music or outdoor noise after 8 PM. Indoor conversation is perfectly fine—just keep volumes kind.
