6/10 Okay

The property looked promising on paper, but after a couple of days I’d call it a three-star experience at four-star prices.
Some key issues I ran into:
• Elevators: Poorly programmed or simply insufficient. During peak hours, expect to wait 10–15 minutes just to go up or down. The building is too tall for stairs to be a viable option.
• Room temperature: In early September I couldn’t get the room cooler than 24 °C no matter how I set the thermostat.
• Hot water: Lukewarm at best, and takes far too long to heat up.
• Pillows: Uncomfortably bad — after the first night my neck was sore enough that I went out to find an alternative.
• Cleanliness: One morning I’m fairly sure I saw rodent droppings in the breakfast kitchen area.
On the plus side, it’s centrally located, the Wi-Fi is solid, and it does provide a place to rest your head. But overall, the experience fell short of expectations for the price.
