Wonderful hotel in Myeongdong

I booked a 4-night stay at this hotel at the last minute, and I'm so I did! The hotel is within walking distance to the subway, there's a convenience store across the street, and the front desk staff are so helpful. My room was spacious, it was cleaned regularly, and water, tea, and towels were replenished regularly. I read some reviews about an odd smell coming from the bathroom, but I never had that issue. If I ever come back to Seoul, I would absolutely book here again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating- thank you to the staff member that helped book the lotte hotel peninsula lounge for the strawberry buffet and the staff member that helped break our lock to our suitcase when we had lost our key. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back here again soon. Would recommend this aparthotel to everyone!! We had breakfast at the hotel on our last day and it was enjoyable. The rooftop was so pretty and had amazing views.

We liked the area, quiet but very walkable and great transport links very close. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Gym was well equipped. We found the beds very hard and pillows not so comfortable. Booked the suite and didn’t need to use kitchen, however no utensils, plates, pots, etc anyway. Washing machine and dryer were great. Would be great to see wash line or clothes hanger as part of laundry.

Good places Great price!

The hotel was nice as its about 5 month old. Location is centralized between Myeongdong and Dongdaemun. its about 1 subway stop away for both places. We stayed in the family suite which included a kitchen 2bdrms and 1 bathroom and washer dryer which was a plus. the layout for the TV was weird as it was located in the main bedroom with sliding doors blocking the view from the kitchen and to watch it from the bedroom you'd have to move the pillows to the foot board to watch as the tv was placed in a weird corner wall. There is not many food places around at night. so when it was cold and raining we had to opt for a small GS25 store across the small street for food. if you dont have a korean phone number the front does offer to help you order delivery food, however they only have one 2 menus and both were fried chicken places and it took us more than 2 hours to get our food. The place does offer a golf simulation with a fee, when we signed up for this in the morning, no one was there to help turn on the simulator, and when we did get help the sensors werent working correctly so we werent able to use it. Overall, this place was a pleasant stay for us, The price, location and amenities were excellent. However, I think with it being so new there's still a lot of bumps that still need to be worked out ie. Communication, more food option or stores to grab things at, and more staff. I think it about another 6 months this place will be AWESOME to stay at.

The hotel is almost new and offer larger space than comparable price hotels in Seoul. Our 4 people Balcony room had a large fridge, cooktop, microwave, washer and dryer. It.also had tons of storage space. We felt very comfortable.

We reported that the AC in one of the room wasn't working and was told they will send a maintenance. No one had showed up the last 3 days until we checked out. It was not a big deal since the weather was quite cold outside but it would be great if it was fixed promptly for another guest who will check in. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. Thank you!
