You need to follow instruction to inform them before 11am for room cleaning service. One day we were late and went to front desk to tell them at noon and turns out no cleaning or changing towel when we back at night. But the front desk still helpful and arranged clean towels for us that night.

Гостиница находится в хорошем районе. Все рестораны и шопинг в шаговой доступности. Единственное что не хватает этой гостинице это немного лучше убирать номера. Кровати и подушки удобные. Персонал решал все проблемы в нашем номере очень быстро.

The room was kind of small. No separate closet and drawer to store my clothings. There were only two hangers for two people. Where should I put my jacket? Even there were not much floor spaces to unfold our luggage.

Some staffs are helpful but some are not . Received a different room type from picture on Expedia.ca . If they are selling no window room . They should have detail informations to customers when customers book the room , that is fairly to customers.

The design or the bath area meant that water kept hitting the bottom of the bath and splashing everywhere. The bath was very big and deep, not suutable for children or elderly to climb in and out. There's also no non-slip mat in the bath to prevent slip and fall. We also got static electricity from the toilet bidet which is so dangerous. The hotel sent a maintenance personnel to check but there was still static electricity after that. The kids became very afraid to use the toilet. Lastly, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasamt smell of urine around the toilet.

The staff was amazing. The bed was kinda hard and should I say that the following day of my stay I saw a blood stain on my bedsheet that I thought I bled. I called for room service and they were fast to change it. Overall my stay was great just wish they could put more effort in cleaning the room.
