Everything was great from start till end. Small luxury boutique hotel in the midst of Mydeongdong shopping streets. Location was fantastic! Room was clean and amenities was of good quality, Molten Brown and Dyson hair dryer too! Staff was helpful and speak English. Will definitely stay again in future!

If you love shopping at Myeongdong, then no other hotel better value than Hotel 28. In the hub of MD and this hotel is very new. Their breakfast is superb and is very reasonably priced. Staff is all fluent in English. I used to stay at The Westin Chosun only in the past 20 years. But Hotel 28 beats The Westin in every aspect. And it is 50% cheaper than The Westin.

The rooms are nice and clean. But you need to know, the hotel is extremely dark! There’s basically no natural light. I wouldn’t stay again, even though the rest was fine. It’s also in a very tight street with a lot of pedestrians so sometimes taxis do not want to come there.

Clean room Welcoming,friendly and helpful staff. Patrick,Lucas,Nancy,Gina,Jinny,Sugar,Aloy and special mention Nicole and Amanda who went out of their way to help us. Also thanks to the concierge service and the person who helped with our luggage into the car. The hotel is right in the middle of the shopping area Myeongdong and lots of restaurants around the hotel.Another 2 metro stations within 10 to 15mins walking distance. Complimentary mini bar. We found the hotel conveniently located and we had a very enjoyable stay.
