Cozy room for Family stay

Highly-recommended for family as we have assigned to a connecting room prior our checkin request. Separate toilet and standing bathroom, do not expect a big size. 2 big 28” luggage’s will be very tight constraint. Nice view on 21st floor where our breakfast is. A good view of Namsan tower.

The room that was provided was comfortable and had good amenities. Unfortunately, in the 16th floor hallway was not as comfortable when the heat and humidity was high. The hotel was near the Myeongdong Station which was important because it made traveling easier. It is also near the night market which gives us a lot of cheap eats.

A little far from central Myeongdong. But facilities are clean and comfortable. Especially there is a laundromat inside here. It's really useful in such a hot and humid season.

The first day, i have mentioned to the staff about my ac not working. It took some time to get someone to fix it. Eventually they were not able to fix it abd rooms were switched. Yun, i believe she was the front desk manager was very apologetic, offered us comp, the gesture to recover was very commendable. I would be back in thjs facility

The property itself is OK but it’s a little bit dated.. The hotel attempts to be aesthetically clean, but if you look at it very carefully, you can tell that: the shower glass hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time nor the mirrors nor underneath the bed.. the hotel has only one washing machine, Which is underwhelming, considering the amount of rooms that they have.. The gym is kind of an afterthought.. The location is good if you don’t want to be in the heart of the action and take it easy at night.. The rooftop views are impressive.. Overall, the hotel has to do some major renovations Because the potential is there.. They just really need to update The rooms and work on deep cleaning them every once in a while..
