Didn’t have breakfast but had the buffet which was a little bit expensive but lots to choose from , and had a dinner in the cafe with a lovely pot of earl grey and cake , unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool or gym , very clean and polite staff.

I didn't eat breakfast there. They only had a buffet or coffee and a piece of cake. Neither appealed to me. My room was quite nice. Clean, comfortable and a safe in the room.

As a frequent Travelers I will place this hotel at the top of my recommendation it was the highlight of my trip to Asia which included the Tokyo Macau and Seoul. The hotel is luxurious great location beautiful to say the least but also the staff including the concierge the front area manager the front desk were awesome people highly professional courteous polite and very Hospital. I even made to few networks working with the beautiful polite professional concierge Rose Lee and connected her with the Tampa Bay Area concierge Association at my home City Tampa Bay Florida. I'll give this hotel five stars all day long and I highly recommend it

I had such an amazing stay at the Imperial Palace! The staff were genuinely the sweetest I’ve ever encountered, from the reception team to the cleaners. Every interaction made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The rooms were spotless, and the whole experience made me feel like royalty wherever I went. I’d love to stay again on my next visit!

Wonderful service overall. Hotel staffs were nice, friendly and the room was spacious than other 5 star hotels. Would definitely recommend for someone who wants to stay near gangnam area and wants the luxury hotel experience.
