I was informed upon check-in that nearly every amenity (gym, pool, etc) was closed. The lobby feels “grand,” but the rooms will look and feel outmoded to anyone who has stayed in a hotel since 1990. The rooms feel especially old-fashioned. Water dripped from the ceiling of my room, leaving a wet spot on the carpet below. Good breakfast.

The staff could not be less helpful. They did not respond to any emails about my arrival before check in time and when I arrived wouldn’t even allow me to use the change room to freshen up with out needing to speak to the manager and argue for 15 mins .

We liked the feel of the classic hotel. We enjoyed the gym. However, it felt a little dated. They need to renew the carpets. While their breakfast buffet was great, we didn't care for their Chinese Restaurant. Their high tea was nice

The service was impeccable, the room was both elegant and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Gangnam. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality throughout my visit. the hotel was very clean (except on the men’s toilet in the lobby when used 1 day (stayed 7 nights). so many std rules to use the swimming pool that foreigner such as i am not aware of. surprisingly, beyond the desk agents and bellmen, english was practically not usable on my encounters. luv the grandness and luxurious historical interior.
