1.parking : spot 5, easy to access 5, easy to load and unloard, parking place for only for hotel customer, coin laundry 2set 5,000won for each time, have to buy detergent(1,000won) and dry sheet(1,000won), cash only. 2. location : close to hwy. about 1hour to ICN airport, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, B1 food mart, coffee, easy to access subway, 3-4stops to downtown Seoul. close to park. 3. room: very clean, exellent room service, friendly staff. you have beutiful city view, if you open curtain somebody can see your room. A/C works good. i was totaly satisfied.

Functional Hotel with All the Essentials

Clean, functional, and comfortable. Rooms are small but well designed, and the facilities — swimming pool, gym, business center, laundry, and more — are modest but were never crowded during my stay. A big plus is the basement with restaurants and a supermarket, as well as the subway entrance right at the door. Overall, a convenient and well-maintained hotel that offers great value.

Best hotel I have been.

We had a great stay at Lotte Mapo, the hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. There is easy access to shops and restaurants, train stations all underground ( mini mart, hair salon, optician...). The limousine bus to go to the airport is also at walking distances. What to ask for more?
