Reasonable price, not clean enough

The price is reasonable, and it is not very far away from the subway. The room is not clean as I was found some curly hair in the bathroom which is disgusting. And there is an unpleasant odor everynight we go back to the room, we have to open all windows to disperse that smell.

너무 좋습니다!!

원래 후기를 잘 남기지 않는데 진짜 너무 좋았어요~ 저희는 가족이서 예약을 해서 5인실을 했는데 왠만한 7,8만원대 호텔보다 훨씬 나았어요. 청소도 너무 깔끔하게 되어있고 방에서 냄새도 안나고 인테리어도 세세하게 신경쓰신게 느껴졌어요. 원래 게스트하우스 같은 곳에 가면 바닥에 맨발로 걸어다니기가 그랬는데 여기는 바닥도 너무 깨끗해서 맨발로도 잘 다녔어요ㅎㅎ 마음에 들어서 다음날은 2인실을 잡아서 묵었는데 2인실도 깔끔했어요. 전체적으로 소음도 별로없고 걸어서 1-2분만 가면 경의선 숲길이어서 위치도 너무 마음에 들었습니다-! 꼭 유지가 잘 되어서 다음에도 묵고 싶어요

ソウル到着当日に「部屋の都合が悪くなったのでモノハウスホンデ5に変更してください」とだけ書いた英文メッセージが届きました。仕事の利便性を考えての宿泊先選びだったのでとても残念でした。部屋は見た目は綺麗でしたがチェックインした時にユニットバスのドアが開いておりトイレの匂いが部屋に漏れていました。滞在してみて気づきましたがユニットバス内の換気が不十分でした。それでドアが開いていたのではないかと思います。

Beautiful room.

Pros: Very nice staff, clean room, hearty decorations. Cons: Poor sound proof. Heat system can't be controlled individually. Also, I tried to checked in at 15:15, but my room was still under cleaning. I had to wait another 30 minutes to get in my room. However it doesn't influence my overall experience.

入り口のドアの暗証番号入力の仕方

5人での滞在で 入り口のタッチパネル式のドアの暗証番号入れるのが 最初に触ってから数字が2つ出るから それを2つ押してから 教えられた数字を打ち込むことを 最終日にようやく理解しました。最初に教えて欲しかったです。何度も何度もチャレンジしてもあかず 偶然触れた時に開いてたみたいで 1度であいたことが無くて困りました。 あと、掃除は引き出しの中に入ってるプレートをドアノブにかければ やってくれるみたいで それも知らなかったので タオル交換とか無かったです。チェックアウトする時 引き出しの中見たら そのプレートに気が付きました（笑） 何か説明書みたいなのがあると良かったと思います。

宿泊する当日にゲストハウスの方から水漏れか何かで泊まれなくなったので系列店に泊まってくださいと連絡がありました。同じホンデでもエリアが違うので、チェックインの際に言われたら不満に思ったかもしれませんが、事前に連絡を頂いていたので、系列店に直接行くことができ時間のロスがなかったのはよかったです。こちらの系列はどこも綺麗なので友達との旅行の時はまた利用したいです。

ホンデ駅3番口から10〜15分位、ヨンナムドンにあります。 ジンギスカン屋の角を曲がると看板が見えます。 周辺は飲食店も多く、コンビニもあります。 私が宿泊した時は、日本語の分からないスタッフでしたが何とかなりました。 部屋はコンパクトですがインテリアもオシャレで快適に過ごせました。3泊しましたがタオルやシーツの交換や清掃はありませんでした。 また利用したいと思います。

單人住宿的好選擇

房間很溫馨、乾淨，睡得很舒適，雖然離地鐵有一段距離，但還可以接受，住宿不是在大街上，晚上很安靜，之後的單人旅遊都想住這，還有離機場地鐵的弘大站較近，去程及回程都蠻方便的

真冬はつらい

弘大入口駅から10分弱。いわゆるメインエリアとは逆側になります。ホテルまでの道は飲み屋やカフェ、コンビニなど賑やかな通りが続くので食事などには困りません。ドアは自分で設定した暗唱番号を押して入るタイプ。キーカードを持ち歩かなくていいので楽です。内装はかわいい感じで冷蔵庫、テレビ、wifi、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープに加えて使い捨ての歯ブラシもありました。今回は持参しましたがうっかり忘れてしまうこともあるのでこれはとても良いと思いました。基本的には満足したのですが、オンドルがあまり効いておらず、エアコンも暖房がないタイプだったのでとても寒かったです。シャワーのお湯も途中緩くなったりと不安定でした。たまたまボイラーの調子が悪かったのかもですがとても寒い時期だったので辛かったです。他は良いと思うので真冬以外であればまた利用させていただければと思います。

弘大商圈，附近有個野餐公園

民宿老闆人很好，可以協助訂外送(炸雞和炸醬麵)，也可寄放行李。前台服務人員親切。雖距離弘大地鐵站有點距離，但環境乾淨舒適。

隔音需改善

因為遠離弘大中心以為會比人安靜，但這裡隔音真的不行，住在門口，其他客人上樓梯，開關門，鎖門聲聽得一清二楚。其他人吸煙也聞得到。要是早睡的人應該很痛苦

弘大莫諾之家 3 號酒店

原本是住弘大莫諾之家 2 號酒店, 但因天雨關係改住弘大莫諾之家 3 號酒店 . 這間跟本稱不上酒店是劏房, 沒有隔音，可以聽到隔壁房客談話，每天沒有打掃房間，要whatsapp 他們清潔，但只是掃地。

홍대입구 3번출구에서 가장 가깝고, 연트럴파크하고도 가까워서 오며가며 구경하기 좋았던 것 같아요~ 시설은 정말깔끔하고 쾌적해요 스탭분들도 친절하시고 다음번에도 다시 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다!

同じフロアに泊まる人次第

部屋は清潔感があり快適で、従業員の方も感じが良かったのですが、同じフロアに二部屋に分かれて泊まっていた家族連れが、夜中でも構わず廊下でベラベラ喋り続け、声がしなくなったかと思えばお互いの部屋を行ったり来たり…その度にドアのバタン！という音が響いて全く落ち着けませんでした。同じ日に泊まっている人にモラルがあり、部屋の防音設備がしっかりしていれば本当に快適だったと思います。

지하철역에서 가깝고 편안한 숙소여서 좋았어요

깔끔하고 아늑한 느낌이 가득해서 전반적으로 만족했어요 위치도 찾기 어렵지 않았고 연남동 쪽이라 조용했습니다 하지만 복도쪽 소리가 방음이 안되고 방안에 들려와서 예민한 편인 분들에게는 다소 시끄럽게 여겨질 수 있을 거 같아요 숙소 내에 미니냉장고, 객별 화장실 있는 것 전반적으로 객실 상태나 깔끔함, 편안함은 정말 좋았습니다
