The room is clean but small. No space to open luggage. We have to put 2 luggage at the side sofa seat. Staff is friendly but the hotel rule is strict. Not able to request for 30 mins late check out. Need to pay money.

The staff were lovely and the room was modern but a little on the smaller side and only a small wardrobe (open) and a drawer so good for a short stay. The hotel was located right near the train and main streets in Hongdae. We were on the main road and it was very noisy all night

We did not have the free snack they mentioned in the message we found inside the room (until our friends checked and realised there was indeed pringle chips as free snack in the room). Also, there was a pillow case which had stain and i didn't use that particular pillow).

This is a very good basic hotel. Front desk staff are lovely, and helpful. Room sizes are small. Location is convenient for transport - but extremely hectic and busy. Likely a great option for young adults who are looking to party, shop and drink in Hongdae area. Was not a fantastic choice for us middle aged folks - although proximity to subway/bus and Mangwon market was nice. Housekeeping staff were very friendly but there were a couple of times that items were not replaced. Good basic hotel, no luxuries.

Fantastic stay at an amazing hotel. I've always liked the Mercure brand hotels whenever I travel. The room is always clean, comfortable with functional spaces. Unlike other hotels with similar size, this one is not loud and it doesn't feel like you are suffocating in the room. I will come back! Also the staff at this location is extremely polite and friendly! 10/10!

The Lobby smelt like musty old man colone the entire time we stayed. The toliets bidet wasnt working and we had to use it manually without pessure adjustments and the toilet didnt flush if the shower was in use. The room, even though labled superior was tiny! Not enough room to unpack suitcases. Very cramped and small. Location was good.

We used this hotel as a base for our stay in Seoul. We were made very welcome at check in by Lyn Woo and asked if there was anything they could do for us. Nice hotel in a good location with access to transport very easy.
