Very clean, great location as just steps away from several metro lines which will get you everywhere in Seoul. Choices of restaurants nearby and in the basement level. Staff at reception was very friendly, room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again when I am back in Seoul.

Location amazing! Plenty of subway and bus stops nearby to get to your destination. 10-15 minute walk to myeongdong street for delicious street food. Lastly, amazing staff! I want to especially mention Chris at reception. He went above and beyond for helping me with my crisis. To keep it short, I lost money at the airport and he helped me track it down. Helping me translate over the phone and running around in the rain. The amazing hospitality I received will be enough for me to return in the future.
